Having led, built, scaled, and contributed to global organizations for over 16 years, encompassing roles such as Senior Vice President, General Manager, Department Head, and Vice President across diverse industries and business units, I've acquired invaluable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities encountered by women in the corporate arena. 

Throughout my career journey, I've learned firsthand about resilience, determination, and the power support. Reflecting on my journey, I've encountered my fair share of mistakes, moments of feeling lost, and lessons learned the hard way. Through these experiences, I've come to realize that there has to be an easier way—one that didn't require stumbling through obstacles and setbacks.That's why I've founded Directrice, a guidance and leadership collective dedicated to empowering women at every stage of their journey.
